    Twitters Anonymous 10 Step Recovery Program

  • Step 1 - We admit we are powerless over our Twitter addiction - that we tweet the most mundane things morning, noon, and night

  • Step 2 - Come to believe that a Power greater than social media can restore us to sanity

  • Step 3 - Make the decision to turn our Tweets and profiles over to the care of that higher Power

  • Step 4 - Make a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves without using Google Search

  • Step 5 - Admit to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our Twitter addictions

  • Step 6 - Be entirely ready to remove all these social networking defects of character

  • Step 7 - Humbly ask the Power to remove our microblogging shortcomings

  • Step 8 - Make a list of all persons we have ignored while texting, and be willing to make amends to them all

  • Step 9 - Make direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when they are texting others

  • Step 10 - Continue to take personal inventory and when we are twittering promptly admit it
